Independence Day 2 director Roland Emmerich just announced via Twitter that actor Travis Tope has officially signed on to be a part of the Independence Day sequel cast lineup! Travis Tope is known for his roles in films like Boardwalk Empire, The Town That Dreaded Sundown and the comedy Men, Women & Choldren. The rolefor which Tope will be portraying in Independence Day 2 has yet to be revealed, but we'll be sure to keep you updated once it becomes available!
