Directed by Luke Scott (Ridley Scott's son), this short prequel film explains what happened in the world of Blade Runner between the first movie and it's sequel. In the year 2036 Jared Leto's character, Niander Wallace, the creator of a new line of replicants (Nexus 9), seeks to have their prohibition on earth lifted.
