Avatar: Fire and Ash runtime makes it the longest Avatar movie yet!

The official runtime for James Cameron's third Avatar movie Fire and Ash clocks in at 3 hours and 15 minutes making it the longest in the franchise!

If you thought Avatar: The Way of Water was long, buckle up for Fire and Ash! James Cameron's third entry in the wildly popular sci-fi franchise officially clocks in at 3 hours and 15 minutes – beating Way of Water's runtime by 3 extra minutes. Fans will want to start training their bladders now if they hope to sit through the whole picture uninterrupted by bathroom breaks.

In addition to the runtime announcement, there's also an exciting new featurette called Igniting the next Chapter, which was just officially released by the Avatar YouTube channel. The minute and a half long video takes viewers behind the scenes with cast and director as they explain how Fire and Ash is going to be unlike anything we've seen in Avatar before:
