Avatar: Fire and Ash has scored extremely well with critics ahead of the film's December 19th release date this Friday and the final marketing push has kicked into high gear! Analysts anticipate and Studios are hopeful that Fire and Ash will net a healthy $100 million during its opening weekend. Early tracking looks like it could certainly achieve that goal, which bodes well for the multi-billion dollar franchise and the future of Avatar. This time next week, we'll know if those projections are accurate.
Avatar: Fire and Ash will officially conclude the first story arc and trilogy, with Avatar 4 and 5 focusing on an entirely new branch of the Pandoraverse. Fire and Ash's box office performance will dictate whether or not the last two films move forward, however – so be sure to book your tickets and support the film in theaters!
