James Cameron's latest heavy hitter is another goldmine. Avatar: Fire and Ash has officially brought the franchise to a collective global haul of over $6 billion! This makes Avatar the first film trilogy to ever surpass that figure ever, earning more than the Star Wars trilogies and Jurassic World trilogies! Fire and Ash continues to generate revenue at the domestic and international box office, having maintained strong performance during its second weekend at the cinema.

Currently the latest Avatar sequel has earned itself $217.6 million domestically and $542.7 million internationally, bringing its total box office take to over $760.3 million so far. It's looking very likely Fire and Ash will cross the billion-dollar mark within another week.
