Ana de Armas, who along with co-star Lorenza Izzo seduced and then tortured Keanu Reeves in Eli Roth's 'Knock Knock' has joined the cast of Denis Villeneuve's sequel to Ridley Scotts cult 1982 neo-noir classic according to Variety. Armas will join Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling, Dave Bautista and Robin wright in the first official sequel to Ridley Scotts sci-fi classic, although 1998's Soldier starring Kurt Russell is also considered to exist within the same fictional universe.
With Blade Runner set in 2019 and Soldier set in 2035, Blade Runner 2 looks set to continue the story of Rick Deckard decades after the original, likely set around 2060.
