Being (up to now) a Star War fan I saw Alien 1 at the same time (maybe bit later) as I saw the original Star Wars movie - when I was about 9 years old. I was scared to death but disliked it, it was too much for my young psychology, too repulsive. But later as I grew up I started appreciate and understand it more, and eventually liked this Universe.

Hello I'm Facehead. 

I joinedt his forum about 3-6 months prior to the release of Prometheus, which was the biggest disapointment of my entire life, so I have posted much since. 

I will be appearing more as the premeir to Prometheus 2 approaches, thankfully Lindleoff won't be anywhere near the script, thus hopefully meaning the new script won't have been made up as it went along. 

Hello everyone, I'm kaytrid... I've been a huge fan of the Alien franchise since I first saw a movie still from Alien when I was in the 4th grade (Veronica Cartwright getting sprayed with Kane's blood post-chest burst). By high school, I had seen each of the sequels multiple times and I love them all! 

After first hearing about Prometheus, naturally, I was extremely excited. I do have some Inge to nitpick about concerning the film, but overall I truly loved it and have seen it many, many times along with he other Alien films. 

I'm wildly looking forward to Prometheus 2 and I hope to have some great discussions with you guys! I'm all up for geeking out at he drop of a hat, so feel free to message me!

hello everyone ive been a huge alien fan from the age of 4 my sister and i went to blockbuster and i grabbed it because it looked cool and she told me its a scary movie i didn't care the part when Ripley goes looking for newt and they stumble into the queens nest with all the eggs and this huge alien starts to move and hiss and the chase scene and the end fight got me hooked i slept with the covers over my mouth for a few years lol but i went and saw 3 and 4 in theaters i have a tattoo, action figures, the queen with the ooze thing and im super excited by the pictures i have seen from alien 5 and alien covenant

Hello, I'm ExpHurtFan. I am a fan of the Alien universe in movies and the comics. My favourite movie is Alien and for good reason. It has stood the test of time and still brings horror to people today. I like how the movie takes it's time and builds the suspension, really well done Ridley!

Was once a member of AVPG years ago but walked away after prometheus, like most did. Anyway huge alien fan.

Joined a forum not too long ago where most cats there were made up from members from the ill fated Prometheus.net and avpg also but found the members there to be a headsore. SMH at almost everything they said. No humor too and a little over sensitive for my liking. They should have named their site WhereHipstersGoWhenStarbucksIsClosed.com.

Anyway ive been using this site for information as i enjoy reading peoples posts and everyone seems laid back and a good laugh

Hi all! I am TheShadowofYarnam, fan of Aliens, Predators, Star Wars, dinosaurs, monsters well, fan of everything in fact. Can't wait for Alien: Covenant (and for Jurassic World 2, of course). I love, and I mean love the good sci.fi.,fantasy and horror (and my understanding of "good" is everything that I like, so I call "good" many things that most people don't like - Batman v Superman for example... don't kill me for that :-D... or Alien 3). I try to find something good in almost all things I watch/read/play and in most cases for now I have succeeded. But enough of that. 
Oh, I almost forgot. I must say that English is not my native language, so I'm sorry for any spelling errors in advance.
So... I first encounter the original Alien when I was... 10 maybe (I'm now 28)... It didn't scare me (I was reading Stephen King at the time, after all :-D )... but I was impressed by the design of the Xenomorph - I love things like this (design-wise I mean). Plus the story was good, and the atmosphere... And here I'm now - long-time fan of all things Alien (among the other things I'm fan of).
