At the Cannes Film Festival, a new Hellboy poster created by renowned comic book artist Mike Mignola debuted with the working title of Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen.

On Facebook, Mignola confirmed the news of a reboot.
Okay, here's some news--
There IS going to be another HELLBOY MOVIE.
It's going to be an R rated reboot directed by Neil Marshall (The Descent, Game Of Thrones) and staring David Harbour (Stranger Things) as Hellboy.
More news to come soon--
The script is being penned by Andrew Cosby, Christopher Golden, and Mignola himself.
In several interviews, Cosby described the new film as a "darker, more gruesome version of Hellboy" and that the first draft of the script is complete.
The new film, slated for a release in 2018, is unrelated to the previous Hellboy motion pictures directed by Guillermo del Toro.
