A new teaser trailer for the upcoming IT: Welcome to Derry TV series has floated up from the sewer in anticipation for the show's October 26th, 2025 release date! With only 10 days to go before the first season begins streaming on HBO Max, this new teaser will for sure get your skin crawling... The series acts as a prequel to the IT movies and is set in the year 1962. The plot explores the origins of Pennywise and the town's history of terror. The series will introduce a new group of young kids who uncover the truth about the ancient evil hidden in Derry. The show borrows heavily from the "interlude" chapters in Stephen King's original novel which explores various catastrophic events that occurred with each of Pennywise's awakenings.
