What is Flowervale Street? It's a science fiction thriller / mystery produced by J.J. Abrams, directed and written by David Robert Mitchell (It Follows), starring Anne Hathaway, Ewan McGregor and it's arriving in theaters next year - March 13th, 2026. This secretive sci-fi thriller is about a family in the 1980s who begin to notice bizarre happenings in their neighbourhood and somehow Dinosaurs are involved. Sounds strange, right?
The film has been secretly in development for some time, with very little attention being given to its production throughout filming. The film was originally eye-balling an October 2025 release date - but that is no longer the case. Warner Brothers, in partnership with J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot's latest sci-fi venture is being likened to A Quiet Place - but with Dinosaurs. The film reportedly was produced on a budget of $85 million.

Due to its secretive production and association with J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot - along with its moniker being somewhat relatable to 10 Cloverfield Lane, Flowervale Street was at one point speculated to be the next Cloverfiled movie and we still don't know if it is or not.
No trailer has been released yet, but with a March, 2026 release date now set, we expect marketing to begin at least this winter. As we learn more, we will be sure to keep you updated.
