The 7th series in the Ultra franchise follows Ultraman Leo, a hero from Nebula L77. (Most Ultra heroes from this era came from Nebula M78.) When UltraSeven becomes injured and unable to transform his human identity (Dan) joins MAC. (Monster Attack Crew) Leo, in his human form Gen, helps Dan and MAC defend the planet. If an alien attack should escalate he transforms into Ultraman Leo!
