We are less than two months away from the epic resurgence of Roland Emmerich's Independence Day and the recent trailers, viral videos and featurettes have given us plenty to analyze and discuss. Below are a few of the 50 plus screenshots I've taken from the recent theatrical trailer. The new full length trailer showcased some truly awesome new footage, highlighting the story's main characters, as well as showing more of the film's familiar faces like Jeff Goldblum's David Levinson. We also got to see the new Alien-Human hybrid tech fighter jets take on a swarm of enemy Alien fighters, glimpses of the sheer power of the new Alien mothership and even a quick look at a massive Alien creature unleashed on one of Earth's defense bases. These screenshots will give you a better look at all these scenes and more.
