Godzilla x Kong's 5th weekend in Japan saw it knocked out of the Top 10, making it the fastest live-action Godzilla film to fall out of the Top 10 in the last 10 years. Over the last week, it has jumped from 1.56 Billion Yen to 1.63 Billion Yen ($10.64 Million). (Movie Web Media Editor-and-Chief) Its attendance has finally broken 1.10 Million with 1,108,163 in attendance--short of Godzilla: Tokyo SOS and over 160,000 behind its predecessor, Godzilla vs. Kong.
With it being outside of the top 10 it'll be tougher to track and it's unlikely it will move many more numbers. Though there's a slim chance it could pass 2003's Tokyo SOS, it's likely to remain the 7th least-attended Godzilla film.

Godzilla Unleashed is my favorite Godzilla Game.
I even want to say that I had a blast playing this crazy game and ended up feeling invincible against the other monsters and the army.

Anime is short for animation :skull:
Last Airbender is simply an animation series not an anime. Japan does not consider those as anime. Those are simply cartoons and Shrek is an animation movie. Even if you look those up they’re categorized as either cartoon series or Animation. Anything western is not Japanese or anime.
On the whole anime vs cartoon vs western animation front. The Japanese consider all things animation as anime that includes Bugs Bunny, Spongebob and Shrek
I also think it’s a good idea to integrate it.

Anime specifically refers to a style exclusively in Japan by the Japanese. It's simply called animation in the western world since they can't adopt the same style the Japanese can no matter how hard westerners try. The Last Airbender is a great example not being qualified as an anime
Another exclusive production still released by Fandango, as I suspected months ago, there will be a hive.

Weekend 4 for Godzilla x Kong in Japan saw it drop from 5th to 9th with a total of 1.56 Billion Yen. ($10.2 Million) It finally crossed the 1 million attendance milestone with 1.06 Million, having beaten Pacific Rim's gross and attendance. It has beaten Godzilla Final Wars in terms of attendance as well. It is now the 32nd highest-attended Godzilla movie out of 38. (Out of 35 live action.)
Unfortunately, it's starting to lose theaters and once it drops out of the top 10 it will be much more difficult to track. (Although not many movies move the needle very far once they drop out of the top 10 anyway.) It seems unlikely it will hit GvK's numbers, but if it does it will be a crawl. It's not an anime since it's not made in Japan lol and Monarch G-team were pointless characters. Also hire Jared Modina for the Monsterverse films please and let him do the job since his work is way better than the other artists who worked on the previous films especially for the Toho monsters lol. It's clear that he’s a fan and knows the monsters better than the directors.

None of the MV movies have crushed it there. Anything it makes there is gravy. Hell, the '98 movie blew all of them away, attendance wise, so...
At the end of its run, New Empire should be the most successful in the series, and with the lowest budget. That's impressive any which way you want to slice it.
I'm happy for New Empire's overall worldwide success, but man is it sad to see Godzilla's box office numbers not do well in his home country.
