Nice chapter.
Dont worry about wieght, some how GOdzilla earth is just barely over spacegodzilla
I wanted to explain your red dust question. The only kaiju directlybstated to need red dust to survive are rodans.
Interestingly the red dust different phases seem so different, when being the same substance because of the shadow analogy, that BB makes. Seeing a four demensional object take different phases would look different materials.
Im not sure I want the mothras to merge, but one to develop and grow big. And yes I assume theyre Mothras.
You might be thinking of the opening from AOU??? probably not but that's the closest i can think of
CHAPTER 15
WHEN I USE THE NAME OF THE TITAN, IT IS THE INDIVIDUAL FROM KOTM.
Zilla Jr. panted. He had no idea what happened to the building and he had no idea where he was. He turned around to see Godzilla staring at him. He growled softly and Zilla Jr. could understand it in a way. He appeared to be saying “thanks”.
Zilla Jr. didn’t know how to reply to that, so he just asked what the humans had been up to.
“The humans are on a track to completely drain this planet of resources. The oceans are already getting dirty. Sea creatures are dying by the second. One day I’m gonna order all the titans to completely eradicate the human race. From what I have heard, the Earth was better without them.” Godzilla said.
“It was. The air was cleaner. There were more things to eat. There were cool land formations. Also, do you think all of the titans could destroy the human race?” Zilla Jr. replied.
“Yes. The human race is a virus. It keeps spreading. More and more people are being born and wildlife is deteriorating. They can’t stop fighting.”
“Okay.”
Godzilla stopped his train of thought after realizing that Zilla Jr. is an alpha, even though he did not show any signs of aggression.
Zilla Jr. noticed something was wrong. Godzilla was staring at him. He looked behind himself to see if anything was behind him but there was nothing. Zilla Jr.’s large dorsal plate was as tall as Godzilla’s head, but Zilla Jr. was longer.
“I’m gonna go.” Zilla Jr. said.
As he was leaving, Godzilla made a subtle growl that resonated through the earth. It said, “attack Zilla Jr.”
Zilla Jr. slowly turned around and said, “Why are you doing this?”
Godzilla replied, “I need to restore the balance. I cannot be king while you live.”
Behemoth charged in from the side and rammed Zilla Jr. to the ground. He reared up on his hind legs to stop him but Zilla Jr. chomped down on one of his tusks. With a twitch of the neck the tusk shattered and broke off. Behemoth howled in pain and ran off.
A Titanus Mosura appeared and blinded Zilla Jr. with her god rays, leaving the window open for the MUTO Prime to punch Zilla Jr. He was surprised to see she was still alive. He fired his atomic breath and pushed her back.
“I helped you! Why are you doing this?!” Zilla Jr. yelled.
“Because Godzilla will kill me if I don’t! And because it’s fun!” She replied.
She fired her sonic breath and knocked Zilla Jr. back.
“No. I’ll kill you!” He roared. Godzilla walked away to rest and regain his energy. A white-hot pain shot up his back as Rodan carved into Zilla Jr.’s back with his heat ray. He slapped him out of the sky with his tail. Zilla Jr. was getting mad. He charged at the MUTO Prime and chomped down on her neck. He pushed his jaws harder and harder into her neck and stabbed his claws into the heart of the Earthquake Beetle. He pulled as hard as he could with his hands and her heart got ripped out. He then pulled with his head. Her head got ripped out with half the spine still attached. Zilla Jr. chewed on the head and swallowed it.
“Fun, huh?” He growled. He ate the rest of the organs quickly. He then jumped on the MUTO Prime’s corpse and smashed it to bits. With smoke rising from his nose, he looked at the titans that were sent to kill him. Rodan was the first to crouch down. Then, Behemoth. Then Methuselah. Then Scylla. They had been watching all this time. But the Titanus Mosura was nowhere to be seen. He sensed something coming up quickly from the fog behind him. He wanted to surprise the Titanus Mosura. Just as it came into view, he quickly spun around and slashed at the moth. It’s insides were ripped open. As it was falling, Zilla Jr. caught it with its mouth and swallowed it in one bite.
A deafeningly loud roar echoed from the fog. Godzilla revealed himself from his ominous coat of fog. He was mad that Zilla Jr. had taken his spot as king and he was furious that he had killed his friend. Godzilla was 99 meters tall and 96,000 tons. Zilla Jr. was 83 meters tall at the head, 96 meters tall at the highest point, and 80,000 tons. They stood in battle stance. This was going to be a battle for the ages.
END OF CHAPTER 15
To those who think I overestimated the weight of Zilla Jr., it says in Wikizilla that he is 60,000 metric tons and that was when he was smaller so… yeah.
There's a brightened image where you can fully see the Giga's face. It looks a little bit like the Jurassic World: Evolution design:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx0pWgev7q0
I loved Godzilla Singular Point. I have a few questions left but I thing these are my main ones: What happened to Godzilla after the fight? What happened to the other Kaiju? Are those moths all individual Mothras or are they going to combine into one larger Mothra? Will the Kaiju still need the red dust to survive or will the evolve to survive without spreading it? (not that I don't like the concept of the red dust, I'm just curious since it all became blue crystals.) I can't wait for season 2.
Indeed. I loved the Jet Jaguar vs. Godzilla battle and thought the payoff of an enlarged Jet Jaguar that completed its programing from the past was fantastic. Not too concerned with how "long" the battle is as long as the stakes are high and the drama works--Which it did. If I want longer battles I have a backlog of 36 movies to pick from.
I'll have to agree PP Jet Jaguar's final speech was reaching for some themes that weren't expounded upon earlier and I preferred the more procedural approach from the characters over emotional. Not that they were detached from saving humanity, as they were clearly passionate and invested in the situation leading to their responsibility toward stopping the catastrophe. However, their personal lives were not the center piece of their characters.
I get some people don't enjoy the "pretentiousness" to it all, but after the Monsterverse, I'm happy to have a Godzilla story that swings the pendulum very, very far in the opposite direction. However, labeling these variables as an "auteur's ego" is a fairly presumptuous label for a writer's enthusiasm.
I liked the ending, I dont watch godzilla for action. it depends on your taste
Again, I was pumped for this show, and loved the first few episodes, the overall tone, the kaiju designs, and the animation.
But just can't get past the wonky (and, if one is honest, largely nonsensical) physics stuff, and the fact that it took 13 episodes to get a "final battle" that lasted all of about three minutes.
These characters were really likeable, too, but completely undeveloped. This was six hours of exposition with a very, very weak payoff.
The blue crystal ending was cool, but -- again, if we're honest -- the final speech by JJ was just emotional tugging, and didn't actually mean much. They literally said this was all "about becming more human and learning about humankind." If that's supposed to be a metaphor, it doesn't work. If it's supposed to literally be JJ's point of view, well, he never really became "more human" in any way that appeared on screen. If anything, his AI devolved since the earlier episodes.
I did like the discussion of inevitability at the end, but it hardly explained anything, and really came off as someone trying desperately to sound "profound."
Godzilla is like sex or chocolate cake -- even bad Godzilla is better than no Godzilla. So overall, for me, Singular Point was "meh plus." Great kaiju designs, amazing animation but hobbled by an "auteur" who needs to get out of his own ego.
I think it would be fitting as well. Just as Isla Nublar's destruction signified the end of an era, so would the emotional death of the original T. rex.
I'm more concerned about the site receiving a copyright claim and having to take the images down.
Oh well, Universal is a big company, theyll get over it
I want it to happen weirdly. It seems fitting
Im pretty sure those voices were the jet jaguar ai children things.
it says avoiding the catastrophe not stopping it, so maybe theyll have to completely stop it.
Or where has Ashihara been? How did the monsters emerge in our dimension? valid points
Okay, Trevorrow hinted that Rexy will most likely not die.
I feel like a big silly now...
I would be a little careful, Universal might not like these leaked images being on the site...
HinikunaGoji,
There's still plenty of questions yet to be answered. Such as the voices in the first episode? Or where has Ashihara been? How did the monsters emerge in our dimension? What was the Shadow Rodan? (Though I don't really feel like we need an answer to that one.)
It will definitely tackle new material while addressing plenty of plot threads leftover. It'll be interesting to see the state of the world post-Catastrophe. I'm also excited to see the potential of Yun and Mei side by side next season.
Cool.
The 3rd one is the best one
Im wondering how theyll continue the show, it seems theyve explored a lot about archetype already. Maybe introducing a new material?
cant wait until season 2 then we will see the new mechagodzilla in action
I think that there was some Potential with David and Dr Shaw and i FELT that the Sequel could have been MORE, as it SET UP a Number of things to Cover/Answer and would have STEERED AWAY from ALIEN which i was Fine with. But i think the U-TURN was NOT the way to have gone.
I think we would have SEEN MORE with the Engineers, but i think that DAVID would still have been the KEY PLAYER and who knows what would have became of Dr Shaw (Apparently from when Micheal Green came on-board in 2014 then she was CURTAINS anyway).
It seems Dr Shaw was Destined to become a Experiment to Produce something that David would go and Create even a Year prior to Alien Covenant. The Difference is that she WENT from being USED to Create something NEW to being USED to Create the Xenomorph.
The PROBLEM they Faced with a Sequel to Prometheus was that IF they go to where the Engineers had come FROM... then HOW MUCH of a Movie can you have about David and Dr Shaw and whatever they GET UP TO on the Way.
Its then a CASE OF...
*What beings to they Discover on the World they are OFF TOO?
*And HOW would these beings Receive David and Dr Shaw?
*How many of these Beings (or Engineers) are there?
And so with JUST the ONE Human Character who some Found Anoying, with a Robot Sidekick, then its a case of HOW do they Interact with the Engineers?
David being Translator while Dr Shaw wants Answers... we SAW how this went for Peter Weyland?
So WHERE do other Human Characters come into it? So i think for a WHILE they had Planned for INCOMING Humans to arrive which means that WHEREVER it was that David and Dr Shaw would arrive would NOT be TOO FAR from Earth.
This could have BEEN SOLVED with some Better Writing/Thinking!
*Is the Earth the ONLY Place that has Humanoids or even Humans that the Engineers had Created/Engineered/Evolved?
*Are the Engineers really HELLBENT on Destroying all Humans/Humanoids or ONLY the Worlds that Disobey/Displease them?
"There is a way to salvage it. A second follow to Prometheus could feature a flash back"
I think maybe David could have a FEW FLASHBACKS... i am NOT sure you could Dedicate too much TIME to it.
But the EVENTS that went by from when David and Dr Shaw had Arrived (maybe in Part the Journey too) at Planet 4 until the Last Breath that Dr Shaw had Taken and HOW/WHEN we see David go and Set-Up the Transmission to BAIT in another Human Ship.... i think these EVENTS could WARRANT a NOVEL ;)
This one guy keeps bashing Jurassic World: Dominion for it inaccuracies, yet this guy is working on a dinosaur game that is not only inaccurate, but strait up rips-off the Jurassic series (in dinosaur designs, sound effects and scenes) hell the name of the game is an unoriginal rip-off (Primal Dominion). Yet this guy has the audacity to complain about Jurassic World's accuracy. The hypocrisy of the online paleo community is baffling!!!
Oh Wow, That was definitely worth the wait. The ending was interesting. Based on the blue coloration of the crystals, I bet thats a different phase of Archetype.
I havent seen episode 13. but will come back when I have
@BigDave. Disappointed fans of Covenant, like myself, should resign themselves that the Shaw-David relationship will never be central stage in the Alien franchise. BigDave also asked what good introducing human DNA into the neomorph generation did for the franchise. In my opinion, Dr Shaw's character was wasted as a mere vessel for the neomorph.
The human origin aspect of Prometheus was side-stepped, sadly. There is a way to salvage it. A second follow to Prometheus could feature a flash back of the David-Shaw voyage to the engineer home world.
Looking at the WORM i wonder what KIND of Xenomorph this would Produce?

(B) Was another Concept for Blomkamps Alien V
Looking at the WORM in these NEW Concepts i wonder if the ADULT FORM would be similar to (D)
Looking at the GUN though you have to ASK what makes it TICK?
I doubt its like i had MENTIONED... so it either Fires some Energy Beam or it Fires a Solid Projectile and i think its DESIGN is merely for that WOW COOL! Factor... so it looks like its got the Xenomorph DNA/Aesthetic.
Another Question would be does that WORM/SNAKE have ACID BLOOD?
If it does then HICKS is looking to get BURNT!
I think we maybe need to TAKE this in Context to the Other Concepts, and it seems the PLOT is about some Corporation who are TRYING to use the Xenomorph to Experiment and Create other Weapons from their Genetic Make-Up. And this is LIKELY how they get to the Queen Suit that Ripley would Wear (Awful Idea)
So maybe this GUN is Engineered from the Xenomorph but i FAIL to see HOW a Reverse-Engineered Xenomorph can lead to a GUN?
Maybe it could be Reverse-Engineered from the Derelict/Engineer Ships Technology?
Or it could be a Engineer Weapon... but we have to ASK as to WHY they would have Weapons? It makes sense for a ADVANCED RACE if they feel there are Threats to them in the Galaxy, but i have a FEELING that MOST of the Worlds they Interact with they MAKE-SURE they NEVER go and Advance Past what Mankind was Thousands of Years ago.
And so the GOO or Xenomorph/Deacon/Neomorphs would be Good Enough.
The Comics did introduce some Engineer Energy Weapon though....
But i think you could also Wonder if they have some kind of Weapon that is Related to the Xenomorph, and by that i mean some Weapon that Acts like a PAINT BALL GUN... that Fires Balls/Spores that HIT a Target and either INFECT them with the Pathogen/Parasite or they Merely SPLAT them with ACID.
I think its Interesting they would be TRYING to offer something different to the Generic Face Hugger and it so a Worm that Burrows into a Host would be adding something Different, as we have Seen Face Huggers a LOT and they just DONT have the Effect they USED to once you have seen them a LOT. (But the Face Hugger itself is still ICONIC and Creepy... more Scary/Freaky than the Xenomorph itself IMO).
I think looking into these Concepts and other i have seen i think WHILE they are TRYING to show us a Few Different things, (Mutations, Experiments) i think the Emphasis still comes down to RIPLEY vs QUEEN.
I dont think you NEED to go and Bring Back the Gang.
Also some of the Concepts seem SILLY to me like the QUEEN SUIT i mean thats more Shocking than the PRED-KILLER SUIT.
However the Artists is ONLY doing their Job and the Quality of their Drawings is Very Good i have to Applaud them for that, HOPEFULLY they can get more Work as they are Talented.
However i am GLAD we have not got Blomkamps ALIEN V but i think some of the Ideas could be Carried Over and i dont know WHY they could NOT go and incorporate some into a Continuation from Alien Resurrection.
They look like mechag from godzilla vs mechagodzilla 2
I like Blomkamp's Alien V. But thеse slug-worms are felt very generic.
Too many times, a certain demographic (whatever it may be) has such focused "tunnel vision" that it refuses to look at the big picture.
Part of it is because the Jurassic Park movies are the most realistic-looking dinosaur movies of all time, bar-none. The science is actually so reasonably believable that that is why Spielberg leaped at the opportunity to buy the movie rights to adapt the novel when he had that lunch with Crichton about writing up ER. He had looked and waited for so long before the right story that involved dinosaurs to come his way...and he finally found it in 1989.
The other part of it actually comes from a good place: wanting to show what the dinosaurs really were because they know them best.
The other movies/tv series just aren't "realistic" enough to fuss over a lot.
@SasquaDash, you're completely right. Jurassic Park is, on a deep level, not about dinosaurs at all. It's about how chaos theory permeates into genetic engineering. Dinosaurs are the results of the leap in genetic engineering that Crichton wanted.
Now, I am ironically a bit of a stickler for this timing issue. This is so blatantly wrong that I'm at a loss for words. I know it's for storytelling, but just...ugh. It sounded more like my old story The Tyrant's Roar...but at least I gave a reason for why the Giganotosaurus and T.rex were able to exist at the same time.
Even so, I'm not going to let it temper my enjoyment for Dominion. For the love of Pete, it's a Jurassic movie
There's something ironic I realized a few years ago: the 2nd LBT movie (from what I remember) showed what would happen in TLW, with the mother and father T.rex coming to search for their hatchling. And LBT2 only came out 3 years prior to TLW. Talk about a prediction!
CHAPTER 9: THE REUNION
Locale: Planet Nagaigo, Snuggem Crash Site.
The xenomorph dropped to all fours as the videl veered away from the Snuggems. Valerie targeted the xenomorphs, she hesitates to fire her starcraft’s cannons. Her head starts to feel funny as she stares at her flight controls, a facehugger leaps from the console controls at her face, Valerie instinctually pulls back her throttle as she breaks from engagement. It took Valerie a few moments to realize it was a hallucination, nothing more. She flies back around to engage the xenomorphs, again her head starts to feel funny as another hallucination takes over her. This time a pair of xenomorph arms reach from around her seat to grab her. Valerie disengaged the xenomorphs again, her artificial heart was pounding in her synthetic rib cage. MAINTENANCE IS ADVISED, the onboard systems began speaking inside her head. NEURO LEVELS ABOVE ACCEPTABLE PARAMETERS, SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. Several Xenomorph hallucinations stare at her through the glass of her ship’s canopy, Tears start rolling down Valerie’s face as she abandons the Snuggems to their fate.
It stood back up as it watched the Videl grow smaller and smaller before disappearing in the horizon, the xenomorph viciously peeled back its lips revealing its sharp metal grey teeth; it unleashed a hellish screech. More xenomorphs of similar caliber began emerging from the damaged cargo hull. A few runners were quick to run out from the main horde, the runners were distinct from the warriors due to lacking the dorsal tubes of the human spawned xenomorph warriors. The runners began searching the crevices of the rocky terrain leaving the warriors behind, the warriors were scouting the ship, looking for building supplies for their new hive. The runners were quick to stumble up an oasis, large mangrove-like trees dotted the lake, tall grass-like reeds dotted the shoreline of the lake. A strange six legged armoured antelope-like creature was spotted drinking from the lake, its head was adorned with what looked like a giant fingernail. The Nailelope lifts its head up while sniffing the air, “Yeeuunn Yeeuunn” it calls out to the rest of its herd. The runners sneak off into the reads like a pride of lions, the Nailelope all raise their heads up sniffing the air. A runner bursts from the reeds, claws stretched out. The Nailelope back kicks the runner in the face, the next runner spits a jet of acid on to the Nailelope’s leg injuring it. The two runners quickly bring the Nailelope down, they fire their inner jaws into its weakened flesh as they proceed to eat it.
Locale: Planet Nagaigo, Za’nacca Crash Site.
Zerachande awakens in a daze, slowly he pulls himself up as he sees the bridge was in disrepair, green fluorescent blood splattered all over the flight controls indicating the pilots didn’t survive the crash. He slowly made his way through what was left of the clan ship, Rouyeyin, Swayande, Tass’dhou-di, the huntresses, youngbloods and unbloods were slowly recovering from the crash as well. The yautja quickly began gathering supplies for the worst case scenario. Zerachande could smell wires burning, he growled as a fire began to take roots, he then gestured to his clan to abandon the ship. One by one the yautja drop out of the escape holes in the Za’nacca. The Laughing Skull Clan quickly scaled up a rock face before gaining some distance away from the ship. Zerachande could hear the Za’nacca explode in the distance. Zerachande growls mournfully, his trophy collection he spent building up for 50 years since he was an unblood, was now all gone. The huntress Atori commanded the other females to set up the distress beacon. The yautja quickly set up camp from what supplies they brought with them. Several warriors guarded the camp’s perimeter in case anyone or anything would stumble upon them. Zerachande was sharpening his naginata as he gave the binary stars a quick glance, when he noticed two creatures standing on the adjacent cliff face between the yautja camp and a vast ravine. Both male and female creatures resemble muscular oomans with chests covered in natural body markings resembling tattoos on their chest, stomach, and thighs. Their lowered legs were covered in thick boney armor as well as their forearms. Sharp claws extend from both their feet and hands, their forearms have a natural blade-like claw growing out from the wrist that extends back to the elbow. A long segmented tail that resembles that of a kainde amedha’s tail extends from their hindquarters. A pair of seemingly vestigial wings adorn their upper backs. Last thing was their heads were very ooman-like as well but their eyes were more like that of a hungry predator than ooman, red markings line their tear ducts down to their cheek. Their heads were covered in short spiky hair, but a pair of wing-shaped horns grew out from their skulls. The tall one was mostly a light purple shade from his torso up with shades of black coloring his legs, tail, body markings, hair, and horns. The short one was mostly tan save for her body markings, hair, horns, tail, lower legs and forearms.
The Nagaians stared back at the yautja, they noticed that they were roughly like themselves in body shape but their long fleshy dreads caught them off guard and odd scaly skin texture. The Nagaians became disturbed when they saw the yautja remove their masks as they ate, their four mandible jaws on top of a more humanoid jaw, made the Nagaians even more cautious. “What are they?” the female spoke, “I don’t know” the male spoke. “The fire scale one, it is looking at us,” the female bared her razor sharp teeth. “Let’s report this back to chieftain” the two nagaians quickly removed themselves from Zerachande’s line of sight. The two nagaians raced down the slopes before jumping over the large crevices, the pair leapt and jumped across the broken rock formation until they reached one of the lakes. A herds of Nailelopes race across the grassy plains surrounding the lake. Massive six legged shelled sauropod-like creatures lumbered alongside the Nailelope herds. The Nagaians leap down off the rock ledge onto the plains as they encroach on their village’s secret entrance.
Locale: Planet Nagaigo, Scott Town
The Videl soars over the colony, the Videl enters autopilot mode as it eases itself down. The booster engines fold on to the wings as it completes its landing. She powers down her engines, the cockpit canopy pops open allowing Valerie to make her descent to the concrete floor. The ground crew rush over to assist Valerie, fuel lines are soon put in place as they refuel the Videl. Valerie was soon escorted to the department of transportation, “Where’s the other ship? What happened to the Snuggems?” asked the man in charge, Nickey Housse. He was a short pudgy man with brown hair and a thick mustache. “I abandoned them…” Valerie finally spoke, “aliens… there were aliens in the cargo…” their razor sharp diamond-esque teeth haunt her waking eyes. “Bring up a psyche profile on this girl,” Nickey asked one of his assistants. A tall slender asian woman, wearing an all white attire and sported thin glasses.
After sometime the assistant comes back with a folder, she gestures to Mr. Housse to enter the next room “Her name is Valerie Armstrong, she is the daughter of Mark Armstrong CEO and Founder of Armstrong Industries. She has flight training and went to college for a business degree. I did some hard digging and came across a top secret file. What I found out was very bizarre. She is technically dead”
“Dead? Her” Mr. Housse points at the one way window at Valerie in disbelief. “How is...she’s an android isn’t she?” Mr. Housse put the pieces together.
“Not quite, according to the files. Her brain is human,” mentioned the assistant.
“So what then? She’s a cyborg? Do you know this puts us in a difficult position? So what else does those top secret files say?” Mr. Housse asked.
“Her condition was terminal, the gestating Xenomorph XX121 was already in its last embryonic growth development” the assistant continued reading the medical files.
“Eh what?” Mr. Housse snapped.
“She had a chestburster growing inside of her” the assistant lowers the papers in mild irritation.
“She had one of those things inside of her? Why didn’t they remove it?” Mr. Housse asked.
“It was in its last embryonic growth development, removing it could have complicated things. Not to mention that in cases where patients survived chestburster removal, patients died shortly after from left over alien biomass. So beyond cloning which is illegal, synthetic personality transference would be the only viable option, even if it's in a legal grey area” the assistant continued.
“Poor girl, she must have been terrified of those monsters. How’s her psychological health?” Mr. Housse asks.
“Her trauma has left her psychologically compromised, from the psytriatric reports stating she hallucinates seeing xenomorphs. Should someone like her be piloting a spacecraft?” the assistant asks her superior.
“I’ll take from here Ms. Ling. We will leave out the cyborg part, write she is an emotionally traumatized girl from her experiences with an alien. Can you do that?” Mr. Housse asks his assistant.
“Yes, Mr. Housse. What will become of this girl?”
“She is unfit for space travel, I will lock her ship down until further notice. Start the investigation in where the Snuggems went down, tear her ship apart if you have too” he orders his assistant. Mr. House then proceeds to pick up a phone, “Security, escort Ms. Armstrong to Isolation cell B5”
Valerie’s head started to feel funny again, she heard a loud thud, a xenomorph drone was staring at her in the face. Its silvery fangs dripped with thick saliva oozing from its human-like jaws. Valerie peered into its translucent domed face, she was barely able to make out the empty human eye sockets within the domed head. The hallucination was very lifelike, Valerie knew it wasn’t real, how could it be real? The door opens up, Valerie looks over to the door to see security entering the room, she looks back to the xenomorph, it is gone.
“Valerie Armstrong, you are coming with us” said the guard. Valerie nodded as she followed the guards, they guided her to the isolation cells and to her surprise she was locked in isolation. “Let me out! You can’t do this to me!” Valerie banged on the door.
HinikunaGoji,
We also get that plenty with things like the Ultraman franchise, Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. Additionally, the last two animated Godzilla series did that. We don't exactly need another and I for one would've gotten bored with that fairly quickly--Especially in light of the other media that saturate it and do it so well already.
Im pretty sure they didnt want a "monster of the week" format seen in the kaiju genre.
