Major updates to Member Profiles!

This weekend, I launched a massive update for Member Profiles on Scified. The layout has been improved significantly and new features have been ADDED!

A list of what's been added:

• Member Bios - Every member can now update their own Biography - a short 300 character-limit blurb about themselves!
• Websites - Members can now add their own website address to their profiles! A minimum of 20 XP is required to add a website to rule out potential spam profiles signing up just to add their websites - 20 XP can be attained by making a few comments on articles.
• Achievements Tab - More info on Achievements will be coming soon...

Improved Features

• Edit Profile Pictures and Cover Photos with 1 CLICK - When logged in, members can now change their profile picture and profile cover photo / banner with one single click! Clicking your existing profile pic or banner will prompt you to upload a new image from your device - These images will be resized automatically so please try to keep profile pics 1:1 ratio and cover photos are set to 800 x 150 px.

• WebP image support has been added for Profile Pictures and Cover Photos as well.

Layout shifts slightly on mobile, with the Forum Signature being moved below member name and rank info. 

The Edit Profile menu has also been simplified and redesigned for ease of use and a Close Account option has been added for members looking to remove their info off our websites. While no sensitive data is ever kept, email and passwords can be scrubbed with a simple click - however, recovering the account is not possible once done.
