Trying to find the movie or TV show

Hi,

I'm trying to find the name of a movie/TV show for which I remember the scene.

The main characters are trying to get a do***ent or something (possibly from a robot) almost in like a government office. Apparently it's very complicated and there's different problems.

And then it's a cut scene to a bridge in a space ship, and there's a woman (possibly a tall, black woman) who says something on the lines of: "I've spent multiple campaigns in the .... Wars and I'd rather be there than have to deal with this". Of course that's an approximation but everything is a very Space Trek vibe.

I can't remember where this comes from but I'm really trying to find it ! Any help is appreciated !
