This movie is such a weird Frankenstein mess. The gritty gloom of Hack Snyder clashes with the comic-book camp of Joss Whedon. The tonal inconsistency makes this movie feel awkward and choppy, and I have no investment in any of the characters except Diana.
6. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
This is the only MCU movie from 2017 that I don't like. While it is vibrant and goofy, the humour is excessive and undercuts some serious moments, and it also recycles the characters' same arc from the first movie. However, Gamora and Nebula's storyline is satisfying, and Yondu is the best part of the film.
5. The LEGO Batman Movie
This is where we get to the good superhero movies of the year. I enjoyed this movie. It was funny, enjoyable, and overall pretty fun.
4. Wonder Woman
Sadly, this is probably the only good DCEU movie we'll get. Diana is a likeable protagonist, and she has great chemistry with Chris Pine's Steve Trevor. The WWI setting works well for the film's themes and villain.
3. Thor: Ragnarok
Thor finally got the movie he deserved. Taika Waititi follows in the footsteps of James Gunn and embraces the goofiness of the character the movie is based around. Surprisingly enough, the trash planet is the best part of the movie.
2. Spider-Man: Homecoming
I've already gushed about this movie. It's a fun, refreshing flick that finally gives Spider-Man his own story in the MCU. I'm glad it focused on Peter Parker's high school life. Luckily, Tony Stark's presence doesn't overshadow the main character, and Michael Keaton's Adrian Toomes is one of the best MCU villains.
1. Logan
The deity Hugh Jackman as Wolverine finally got the send-off he deserved. It's a dark, depressing story about a broken man who's lost everything. Unlike other superhero movies, this film focuses more on the characters than some end-of-the-world mumbo jumbo (also why Homecoming is second place on my list).

Godzilla... Truly a God incarnate.
