^IMO Maul is higher than Dooku.  He survived getting cut in half solely off his undying hatred for Kenobi.

In canon, we do somewhat know of Plagueis's abilities.  Palpatine said that he could stop others from dying

Yeah but you never see him fight, he could be a sith version of a healer.

As for Maul vs Dooku it's no comparison. 

Maul lost to padawan kenobi, and a blinded Kanan. He 2v1ed Jedi knight kenobi(maybe master idk about kenobi's status in tcw in that season) and lost.

Maul is pretty overrated strengthwise. Sure he has a constitution but besides that he fails.

^Maul is overrated as fuck.  I've met people who call him the best villain and strongest Sith.

Maul is pretty much the weakest movie sith, and nowhere near the top of legends.

The problem is people seem to think that their favorite character needs to be the strongest, or close to it. There's nothing wrong with liking average characters in terms of strength and feats. In fact you could say that for most of his fights a great character like Obi Wan is weaker than who he is fighting if only marginally so. This doesn't hinder Obi Wan though, he's still a great character because you root for him and see him overcoming the odds.

I like Zannah a lot, but she's about Maul's level in most aspects. In fact TPM Maul would probably beat her(She'd shatter TCW and Rebels Maul though). That doesn't stop me from liking her as a character, but claiming she's this secret powerhouse that could take on wayyyyy stronger people would be flat out wrong.

Yeah but a lot of that had to do with context, Bane was winning almost the whole time due to her tripping on the graves.

Darth Cognus does say she sees hundreds of different futures with both Bane and Zannah winning equally, in different scenarios, but from what we have actual evidence of, she can't use lightning, or tutaminis and her lightsaber form is purely defensive. 

After she becomes master she's probably something to behold powerwise, but we'll never know since she isn't explored past taking the mantle.
