Top 10 Star Wars Villains (Canon Only)

The only cannon Villains worth mentioning really are the 4 sith, Tarkin, and maybe General Grievous. Maybe Thrawn after season 3 of Rebels.

I forgot about Kylo and Snoke, they're definitely on the level of someone like Grievous, or Tarkin so far at least.

The fact that so many people consider Maul the best villain is just silly.  He's too damn overrated.  Hell, I know a guy who thinks he's the strongest Sith.
