MemberNoobAug-16-2013 6:13 PMI remember this book when it came-out (around same-time as the film), & they almost couldn't give it away. Most the Manhattan-area bookstores carried this title, & they stocked about a dozen or so. They sat there for about a year in some stores, & I got one from the clearance bin for $1.00.
As for the book itself, I was disappointed that it was mostly focusing on left-overs. I believe at that time, a better product would have been a book focusing on what was used. And I wasn't going to buy it unless I got a deal on it. It's rarity comes from the fact that almost nobody bought the book, originally. And of course, since the film flopped, it took many years for any-kind of decent book about it to transpire (aside from specialty magazines).
Thanks Svanya. ^_^
