The Jeager simulator has a lot of bugs and problems, I have full speed internet and it take about 30 minutes for a level to fully load... 1. Is your adobe flash player or whatever up to date.... It needs to be fully up to date or else it will refuse entirely 2. Do you have wifi? (This has happened to people I know before...) 3. Maybe theres something wrong with your cookies/data cache ? 4 I have no idea what your problem might be to the full extent, I do suggest reloading the page many times until you get a different message... worked for me...
