He caused the most damage then any other kaiju, I'm just disappointed they didnt talk about him more then they did in the movie. My other other favorite Kaiju next to Trespasser would have to be Mutavore and then Knifehead. Mutavore took down 2 jaegers before breaking through the so-called "Anti-Kaiju Wall" guys a monster "literally". And Knifehead because...well he looks badass.

Leatherback was my favorite because his build was so different from the others. He looked like some sort of reptilian gorilla. But Mutavore never took down any Jaegers, he was the one who broke through the wall in Sydney Australia, and got his ass kicked by Striker Eureka.

Actually, in the comic before right before Mutavore broke down the wall in the movie, he was engaged by both Echo Saber and Vulcan Spector, but was able to fight and destroy them both with ease.

Where in the comic? Oh and by comic I'm guessing you are talking about tales from year zero right? Sorry I have read the comic several times and am almost positive Mutavore and those jaegers are not mentioned.

They aren't mentioned at all in Tales From Year Zero. The only two kaju known to have attacked Australia are Scissure, and Mutavore. Scissure attacked before the Jaegers had been invented, and we watched Mutavore's death in the movie.

Mine would be Otachi because she literally obliterates crimson typhoon and melts churno alpha with acid and bites off churnos hand. Not to mention she can fly and use her tail as a grasper and club plus use her tail as a whip like in the movie. And the design looks epic it looks like a Pteranadon and a Dilophasouras had a mutated baby that proceeded to have a mutated child with a giant snake. I would have to say that Otachi is the most dangerous kaiju on paper for the jaegers to go up against. I wouldn't doubt if this movie wasn't about the humans winning Otachi would have torn the jaegers apart.

It explains it in Pacific Rim: The Official Movie Novelization not Tales From Year Zero.

Otachi is mine favorite cause of her claw like tail that she can use as for grapple or as a club and she can able spit acid and the ability that she can take flight and the part where she destroys both jaegers crimson typhoon and chero alpha

I agree with Valkirnex, Otachi was cool. The first thing I thought when I saw it was that it looked like a Dilophosaurus.

It looked more like the Jurassic Park Dilo than anything. In the movie, it had a frill and spit up a corrosive acid liquid.

You're kidding me right? It has a frill! To me it looks like a combination of Ankylosaurus and Arsinoitherium.
Hi

The skull has a very vague resemblance to the Dilo in JP, but I didn't see a frill, unless you're referring to the sac below her jaw that expands when she builds up the acid to spit.
Otachi reminded me way more of a Bat/Pteradon with an Eastern European Dragon designed head.

I swear I saw frill before she spit on Gipsy. Maybe that was just me though. Did you see the movie?
Did the guy who played Hannible (I think that's his name. Leader of the Kaiju black market group thing) remind anyone else of a white version of Morgan Freeman?
