Not many people were fans of Sam Raimi's version of our beloved symbiote, with many feeling it just wasn't fierce enough, angry enough or big enough - It just wasn't what we expected it to be. Granted Venom is one of the harder comic book characters to realize on the big screen, but what we got in 2007's Spider-Man 3 was little more than Topher Grace in a black Spidey-suit with teeth.
