Terminator Genisys will be available on Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray 3D and DVD this November 10th, with the Digital HD version of the film available to download October 20th. As inicluded in the pictures for each format below, both the Blu-Ray and DVD formats of Terminator Genisys will also be available in steelbook editions.

Limited Edition Blu-Ray Gift Set

The Limited Edition Blu-Ray Gift Set of Terminator Genisys seems to be available with all Blu-Ray packs, including the Blu-Ray Steelbook pack. All that seems to be extra however is a cheap looking "Endo Skull". Some may think we here at Scified are once again needlessly knocking the movie, but comparing the skull to those available with the T2 Limited Edition DVD Set, or the T-800 life size replica (pictured below) the inferior quality of the Limited Edition Blu-Ray Gift Set's "Endo Skull" is made all the more apparent.

Opinion
Those that enjoyed or even loved Terminator Genisys will no doubt be eager to grab a pre-order of the movie in their preferred format. However, because of the limited special features on Blu-Ray and the aforementioned cheap looking "Endo Skull" we would suggest saving your cash and just buying either the DVD or standard Blu-Ray packs, and waiting for a special, limited, collectors or saga edition that will no doubt become available in the near future, especially considering that courtesy of the movies box office success in China, the planned Terminator Genisys trilogy and TV series look set to get the go ahead, with the next instalment planned for a May 19th, 2017 release.
