Two more weeks, a mere fortnight before Terminator Genisys hits theatres and faces its Judgment Day, will it bomb or will it rise from the ashes. The division between fans opinions of the movie suggests that it will likely recuperate its production costs, but how much profit the movie will make remains to be seen. It is highly unlikely the movie will become a huge blockbuster, or be viewed on par to the first two instalments. It is more likely it will be a fun action movie, with a needlessly complicated plot that will likely fall apart at the first amount of scrutiny from hardcore fans. Terminator Genisys may not be the sequel fans wanted, but it is a nostalgic callback to a franchise that quite frankly could have been so much more.
