New images and blueprints for Pacific Rim: Uprising's new Jaegers have made their way online from this year's Japan Expo! First off, we have a clearer image of the film's primary protagonist Jaeger Gipsy Avenger - an evolution of the iconic Gipsy Danger mech from Guillermo del Toro's original. This first image is of Tamashii Nations' own figure for the Jaeger which we had previously covered. Following on from that image of Gipsy 2.0, we also have photos of blueprints outlining the rough designs and names for two more (of seven) Jaegers to be featured in the upcoming Pacific Rim sequel!

Bracer Phoenix Mark V Jaeger Blueprint
Bracer Phoenix, a Next-Gen Jaeger (Mark V) model has also been unveiled - but no accompanying figure was represented (yet). From the following blueprints however, we can assert that this Jaeger will mimic that of Pacific Rim's Cherno Alpha - a heavier built Jaeger, capable of withstanding a heavy Kaiju assault. We have yet to learn who will be piloting this Jaeger, but will update you once we find out!
Saber Athena Mark VI Jaeger Blueprint
Saber Athena is the second of the two new Jaegers to be unveiled for Pacific Rim: Uprising. A successor to Bracer Phoenix, Saber Athena is classified as a Mark VI Jaeger and seems to be closer in design to that of Gipsy Avenger; a lighter-build Jaeger. Like the previous incarnation of Striker Eureka, we assume Saber will possess similar attributes - rendering this Jaeger more agile and nimble than its bulkier counterpart - but at the cost of a heavy defense system. As with Bracer, we have yet to learn who will pilot this Jaeger but we will update our readers when that information becomes available to us.
