Deadpool 2 doesn't start filming until May, but Ryan Reynolds released a hilarious new trailer for the sequel on his YouTube channel. It's also going to play across US cinemas ahead of screenings for Logan.
As the teaser doesn't feature any actual footage from Deadpool 2 and focuses entirely on one scene instead of a collection of clips, it would be more accurate to classify it as a short film rather than a trailer. And a very funny short film at that. It even has a Stan Lee cameo. Keep in mind that non unlike the Deadpool movie itself, there's some pretty bad language included.
Reynolds will return as the Merc with a Mouth in Deadpool 2, with John Wick's David Leitch directing.
