The Michael Bay produced rendition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has received a lot of negative press, even before the first trailer was released. Since the trailer the doubts of many fans and TMNT creators Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman seem to be rising to the surface. Its not that the movie looks bad, it actually looks good from what little we have seen, but the vote is pretty much unanimous - the changes to our fave ninja turtles appearance, specfically the faces, is a step too far.

The size and build difference between the four we can understand and accept, but the original look is more friendlier (dare i say cuter), less freakish and looks more like a turtles beak, as with image #1 in the above picture (found on ), rather than image #2 as seen in the trailer. Well at least the filmmakers got the colors and weapons right for the Turtles, as seen in the four new posters...
