Disney and Lucasfilm came up with a charming new strategy to market Rogue One's tie-in action figures. Creating a series of short stop-motion films where the toys literally come alive seems like such a stroke of genius that you can't help but wonder why they didn't think of it before. They even throw in some product placement from the Lego Star Wars line, because the more stuff they can get you to buy, the merrier.
The third short's just been released online, so have a look at all three episodes releases thus far below. Watch them with a big smile on your face and try to ignore the cynical fact that they were created solely for the purpose of getting you to fork out your cash on pieces of plastic.
