Darth Vader confirmed to appear in Rogue One!

We all saw this coming, but it's hugely exciting news none the less. Darth Vader will appear in this year's Star Wars movie Rogue One which will be released on December 16.

The cover of the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, which goes on sale Friday, confirms that the Sith Lord once known as Anakin Skywalker will indeed be showing up. We don't yet know who the actor in the suit will be, but it's a safe bet that James Earl Jones will return to provide the voice.

It would have been crazy for them not to have Darth! I mean just hire a tall actor! It's not like re-casting or re-booting Luke Skywalker.

Very excited!! This is sort of old news, but nice to have official confirmation! I am actually really excited to see Vader possibly dominate on the battlefield like he has in some of the recent comics. Based that one leaked scene description, I am damn excited to see Vader deal some death!

Vader will certainly be a highpoint in what looks to be a pretty good movie

Yeah, nice to have official confirmation but This was first kinda confirmed a week or to back when the visual guide was leaked.
