Matt Reeve's The Batman (2021) starring Robert Pattinson is feeling the pressure of the global pandemic Covid-19 Coronavirus. Warner Brothers have pulled the plug on production for at least 2 weeks according to a fresh report by TheWrap.
This is just one of many live action productions which have been stalled due to the virus outbreak. Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World Dominion (Jurassic World 3) has also been indefinitely suspended until further notice.
Warner Brothers' other high profile property Godzilla vs. Kong (2020) has also been negativity affected by the Coronavirus after its first trailer debut at CinemaCon was delayed due to the convention's cancellation.
Despite the setback however, The Batman is still on track to make its June 25th, 2021 release date.
