A while back we featured a blurred, low resolution image of Batman's new XE (Extreme Environment) batsuit that will come bundled with the Cold, Cold Heart DLC for Batman: Arkham Origins (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC). The picture above shows Batman in his new XE batsuit facing off against a mostly unseen Doctor Freeze, the confrontation of which is reported to be the two's first meeting chronologically in the Arham universe, and will hopefully echo the same confrontation from Batman: Arkham City.
Though the new XE batsuit does look somewhat overly-chunky; pushing the boundaries of believability, the suit does seem to feature an alternate version of the main games electric Shock Gloves, that look like heated gloves - which should prove handy against the DLC's cold villain.
