i have been a godzilla fan since as young as I can remember. Growing up in my geneeration, it was easy to be a Godzilla fan compared to what I had heard abot older genereations. So knowing that ive been since a great godzilla fan I was sure to had already seen the U.S. version of godzilla from 1998 and may I say it was the worst interpretation of Godzilla ever concieved. But when I first heard of Legendary creating a Reboot to the Great Series itself, frankly i was worried. But since the Scified site and Chris Picard provided me and all of us information on the upcoming film and slowly my worry went away. Now I have seen the film 3 times including the midnight release in IMAX 3D and must I say, I could not have been more pleased! The thing that was also great about it is that it actually had a strong story to go along with the film compared to the original Toho films, even though I'm not degrading the quality of the original films. I am extremely pleased with the film and it was a film worthy of the Godzilla name.
