I don't like this film that much. The kid character is annoying and for some reason almost constantly spouts exposition about Gamera. I however did like the idea of the government shooting Gamera into space. I also liked Gameras powers and roar. one of the many reasons I hate this film is that for some reason it started the cliche of putting an annoying kid in a Showa kaiju movie. But still it is a classic and is entertaining. I give this film a 3 out of 5
