this is my favorite Showa Gamera movie. the pacing is good, the effects are outstanding, there's no annoying kid characters, and I especially liked how bizarre Barugons powers were. the only real thing I have to complain about is the fact that Barugons weakness is the same as the aliens from signs. But still, its a solid kaiju flick and I give it a 4 out of 5.
