Gamera vs. Barugon

Official Plot Synopsis

After Gamera escapes his rocket prison from Plan Z he returns to Earth to wreak havoc. Things take a turn for the worst after an expedition by mercenaries, led by Keisuke, unwittingly births a new monster: Barugon. The destruction caused by the new monster attracts Gamera who seemingly falls victim to its impressive power. As Keisuke attempts to hunt down Onodera, the man responsible for his brother's death and Barugon's birth, the Japanese self-defense force goes to war with the all-powerful monster. Although their last hope might rest in the claws of the incapacitated Gamera.

 

Directed by Shigeo Tanaka, Gamera vs. Barugon is a Daiei Studios movie based on a screenplay by Nisan Takahashi.
