Another overlooked detail: For the first time in the series, Godzilla's atomic ray left a burn on King Ghidorah. At point blank range, King Ghidorah's chest was smoldering in flames even as Godzilla moved to attack the other side.

Honestly, I doubt this is ever going to materialize thanks to GVK 2.
It would be cool to see Biollante though. Also, I'm behind this purely because both Madison and Godzilla deserve more screentime.
I'm hoping you're towards the end of your essay, but given that you started this thread 8 months ago and I haven't seen any changes, it may be rather lengthy.
no we just like big monster fighting eachother
I would rather have the shobijins/elias/cosmos return then the Chen sisters
my guitar teacher he was a huge fan of godzilla I'm a fan of kong
The REAL reason for Godzilla's worldwide success: He's Godzilla.
Meanwhile, modern audiences be like:

Overlooked detail: Godzilla's bite mark left on King Ghidorah's back from Destroy All Monsters:

Setaverde: Those things should have been in the movie, because they build the characters up a bit. For some (probably dumb) reason they were left out, and therefore Covenant was worse than it could have been.
Setaverde: I prefer the Assembly cut of Alien 3, it adds stuff.
I was hoping for an interview as an audio, but that was alright too. Nice to see that things are moving in the franchise.
Cool! Great list. And yes, well done Argentina.

Not this fight but the tournament because I am way too bored.
Heres mine:
10. Jobaria
Pretty cool sauropod from Africa, also I like tall dinosaurs.
9. Giganotosaurus
I wonder why I put Giga on 9th? Its because I like it but I have other dinosaurs to rank.
8. Allosaurus
Another one? Why do I put Allosaurus on 8th? I like it better than Giga.
7. Kentrosaurus
Wooo!! Herbivore Power coming in at 7th! Its just really cool and I have one friend named Kent.
6. Chasmosaurus
Okay so frilled dinosaurs are really cool and awesome like Chasmosaurus. I just really like it due to its frill.
5. Yutyrannus
I'm a cold and winter person. And Yutyrannus really explains it.
4. Tyrannosaurus
The King of The Dinosaurs lands right on the 4th spot. Its cool and its just really nostalgic to me because of the original Jurassic Park.
3. Suchomimus
I learned about this guy because of Baryonyx and he just seemed really awesome and flashy. I also really like playing Jurassic World Evolution and Evo 2.
2. Acrocanthosaurus
I put Acrocanthosaurus at number 2 because Acro is just really really cool and its really just amazing to me when I found out about it.
1. Mapusaurus
Wooooooo! Argentina for the win! Mapusaurus has been my all-time favorite dinosaur. Its just really awesome and cool that it hunted the biggest dinosaur of all time. Also congrats to Argentina on winning the world cup.
I will probably never make it again/
Oh god... Dark Horse never had to plagiarize promotional art from the Alien movies, I hate Marvel
A late gift came in from a friend. I don't collect MonsterArts much, but having a Godzilla Ultima is definitely a top tier gift. Looks great on top of my movie shelf.
Alien 3: Theatrical Cut Vs Assembly Cut
Prometheus 2012 - Filling in the Story. Some Extra Bits - Ridley Scott - Alien
Alien Covenant 2017 - Before + After - Prometheus David's Laboratory - Ridley Scott Hans Ruedi Giger
also would like to add some even look more like Protoss than Yautja
I think they look terrible, they look too Iron-man/Generic human power armor designs, it lacks any authentic Yautja design aesthetics
As fan-made things, they're definitely good, but that isn't to say that I would like them in movie. They're a bit too transformer-ish to me.
Maybe, if they'll get it right, but perhaps it's time to end the franchise? I'm sceptical to anything AI since Covenant was taken over by the AI and went downhill.
I didn't know about this update. Let me check this out.
Godzilla and Kong with the axe figure.
I've never seen these books before.
No matter how it comes out, I will wait and see.
@setaverde, Agreed the Deacon and Neomorphs were great additions to the lore. I really hope to see them again someday in a future film although I think the Trilobite was a very unique, accidental creation I doubt we would get to see a similar series of events play out in that specific way to lead to one again.
Updated with new totals!
Dakotaraptor_27 Maybe do lesser battles that are related to semi-aquatic dinosaurs like Spinosaurus or Baryonyx against larger and built-for-land dinosaurs like Giganotosaurus or Allosaurus, It makes the battle kind of easy to decide. Mostly the land Dinosaurs would most likely win depending on their semi-aquatic opponent's size, etc capabilities, and the Terrain or environment they are at. Just to let you know. :/
Sadly, I got nothing related to Godzilla or Kaijus. :/
The ghost of monsterzero9 Nice name LOL
A good Xenomorph has to be mechanic (the role model should be the one of 1979), stealth, deadly, sadistic in a good way (likes to cause fear on its preys, feeds on despair and likes to see them giving up and begging for their pathetic greedy little lives) and appearing in the worse times, or in the best times, it depends how you see the movie. I want to go to bed, after watching in cinema an Alien movie, having nightmares, paranoia, claustrophobia and night terrors, all at once in each heart beat.
If the director of the last movie of the Alien prequel trilogy was Shane Black, i bet that the Derelict Pilot would be a Predator.
A trilobite fossil. Astonishing.
