Keep the monster in the shadows, that leaves things up to the imagination. I didn't like the daylight-alien. Not very interested in the synthetic part of it, thanks to Alien Covenant... but they can make it interesting.

A lot of this is from various Japanese source books, notable Tanaka's book from 1996 and the Godzilla Complete Works book from recent years. The latter Godzilla numbers are from individual art and source books.

I would be all for that plot, just as long as the English version refers to Mothra as "The Thing".

It can just happen every movie. And each time they reference it so much it just becomes a meta commentary on the state of the franchise 

Ba-boom.  You forgot the part where Madison gets a bunch of annoying sidekicks who have had no real connection to the story and it's just GVK without a 2nd plotline about the big monkey.

I predict that an egg will be found. And two greedy business men will try and use it for profit. These twin tiny humans called the shobijin will appear to the protagonists and there will be many wacky hijinks including (but not limited to) Godzilla getting his tail stuck on a tower, and the protagonists rescuing a random group of school children after their character arcs have been completed and we need them to do something for the last 30 minutes of the runtime.

I mean like, My expectations for Godzilla 3 aren’t too high, and it’s not like each film in the franchise are perfect, like most are like pretty good to ok.

Another overlooked detail: For the first time in the series, Godzilla's atomic ray left a burn on King Ghidorah. At point blank range, King Ghidorah's chest was smoldering in flames even as Godzilla moved to attack the other side.

Honestly, I doubt this is ever going to materialize thanks to GVK 2.

It would be cool to see Biollante though.  Also, I'm behind this purely because both Madison and Godzilla deserve more screentime.
