The dreaded, insurmountable Central Galactic Alliance is nearing its extinguish of the mighty Olympus. Surrounded on all fronts, the Olympian High Leaders issue out for a weapon to be built – a “super weapon” of sorts (as one may call it) – to be built for the protection of the home-world. With time not favoring the lone planet as it battles against an entire galaxy, the race to finishing the so-called “super weapon” has managed completion, only for now...can the “super weapon” be tested in combat for the first time.
War Clock: Three Years, Seven Months, Two Weeks, and Five Days into the Galactic War
Locations: Olympian Galaxy / Solaris Cluster / Tavarius System: Outer Rims & Third planet: Olympus – Underground Weapons Bunker
Mission Brief: The Alpha-Fourth Olympian Grand Fleet, set far out in the Outer Rims of the Tavarius System – designated as the 1st line of defense for Olympus from the encroaching Second Extrasolar Fleet (one among many of entire worlds’ naval fleets from their system origins merging together) that was created by the all-powerful, near god-like, unstoppable Central Galactic Alliance – is on the verge of annihilation, desperately holding off the Second Extrasolar Fleet for however long they can until the arrival of a rumored, newly-built Super Battlecarrier arrives for support.

Shifting his attention away from the warship above him, the First High Leader looks to the hundreds of millions of people once more, speaking softly “Nothing will happen to us…I promise. As long as we are together…that is all…that matters…” The First High Leader turns away, walking towards the Underground Weapons Bunker elevator located in the center; the sounds of his footsteps echoing faintly throughout the bunker as many people watch him, only to resume with their occupations. Stepping onto the circular elevator that offers only railings to hold on, some military personnel and scientists stepping on also as they look to the First High Leader, watching him with an expression of that of curiosity. “Is there anything wrong…?” the First High Leader calmly asked, pushing a switch for the elevator to begin its ascent towards the surface level as he watches all the people of the Underground Weapons Bunker continue with their duties. “No, sir…there is nothing wrong for we just…we just want to know…” a military scientist speaks, pausing midway into his explanation due to increased levels of anxiety of the ever-growing threat the Central Galactic Alliance poses with its Second Extrasolar Fleet nearing total victory.
The First High Leader does not look to the military scientist as he keeps his attention on the people down below with the elevator continuing its ascent “Speak your mind, scientist of Olympus; do not be afraid to share your thoughts…” The scientist, taking in a deep breath and releasing, musters up the courage and finishes what he wanted to explain “Sir…I, and I believe I speak for all other Olympians as well, wish to know this: Are you putting the future of our world…the future of us as a civilization…all on a single warship – a warship that has not been tested – to save us from the approaching doom…?” The scientist and the other few individuals who came aboard the elevator all watch the First High Leader in silence as they await an answer, hoping other solutions have been thought out of should the warship fail to defend Olympus. The First High Leader slowly turns to look upon the scientist that asked him the question, briefly looking over the other individuals whom are waiting for an answer as well, then fixing his posture to stand upright again and speaks firmly “I do not ‘feel’ …this warship will save us from the incoming threats; I know…this warship will save us from the incoming threats.”
The elevator continues its ascent, nearing the surface level with only one mile left as the First High Leader turns away from the scientist and the other individuals, looking towards the massive warship “When this war is over…we will not become the very beings that seek to destroy us. I will not ever let that happen…” The scientist and the other individuals nod in understanding of their leaders’ answer, turning to look upon the warship, wanting to believe it can save them; however, doubt continues to cloud their minds. The elevator, now having reached the surface level, opens its doors for the First High Leader and the individuals who came along to step out into a mountain-sized, plain-like, empty hangar all around – only the First High Leader and the other individuals being the sole people inside the building. The First High Leader begins making way towards a panel, each footstep made echoing throughout as flakes of snow from outside cracks of the ceiling peer in. The scientist and the other individuals’ bodies slightly shake due to the cold presence felt within, using their hands to rub against their arms in efforts to keep themselves warm.
The First High Leader approaches the panel, shivering slightly as well, seeing his breath expel from his mouth as brings out his hand and activates the panel. Upon the panel’s activation, low rumblings felt from underneath the hangar – the rumblings originating from the Underground Weapons Bunker. One of the individuals, feeling the tremors, looks towards the First High Leader, raising his voice so he is heard “Sir…there are rumblings coming from beneath us! What is happening…?!” The First High Leader does not answer as he remains as is, waiting for something to come up. The other individuals notice massive floor-like doors opening to which they head towards where the First High Leader is at. A few minutes later, as the rumblings continue to be felt, the gargantuan warship seen in the Underground Weapons Bunker slowly rises out from the floor-like doors as it is held by very powerful steel columns from underneath. The steel columns then cease its raising of the warship, only for the First High Leader to activate another panel – more rumblings to follow. Within the vast mountain-sized, plain-like empty hangar that is currently accompanied by the First High Leader, the other individuals, and the warship, two doors: old and rusted in appearance – with an eerie creaking noise and powerful winds blowing in from the outside – opens slowly. The two doors – inscribed with words that are now scratched out due to centuries of rust taking over – are nearing the halfway mark as monstrous thunderclaps are both heard and felt, torrents of heavy rain rushing into the hangar, and lightning seen striking near the opening doors.
The First High Leader does not falter as he continues to stand as is, walking towards the direction of the warship as the heavy rain and winds pound on him; the other individuals remaining in their current position. As the First High Leader arrives near the warship, he stops to look out to the now fully opened doors where the natural forces of the planet make themselves known to all. The First High Leader looks back to the warship as it continues to be held up, speaking calmly as he remains watching it “We are all ready now…” The First High Leader turns his head towards the right to see a man in a suit uncloaking “Is there…anything else we should know about your warship…?” The man in the suit, for a moment, remains silent, then replies “Its name is the Kronos; that is all for now…” The First High Leader nods in understanding, speaking once more to the man in suit “You may launch your ship now, Olympian. Let us hope…it is not too late…”

Godzilla... Truly a God incarnate.
I Meme Everything
Member2KDec-17-2017 6:53 PMSeems like things are getting desperate for the Olympians. I'm guessing this is their downfall.

MemberContributorDec-17-2017 6:59 PMThe Galactic War is entirely different from Olympus' demise. The Dark-Hooded Figure - whom I have introduced into the RP only once thus far - is the sole being responsible for Olympus' destruction.
The ending of the Galactic War is what brought Olympus to become the most powerful empire. Two years after the Galactic War ended, Olympus was destroyed thereafter.
