Deacon/Shaw/Reproduction?

We've guessed that the Deacon was a possible stow away, causing the crash... we've heard a rumor of Shaw locked in on the Engineer Cryo deck... and David escaping the ship.
Going back to Prometheus, did anyone consider that perhaps the Deacon has a human reproductive system after maturing, due to the genetic makeup - (it did have an umbilical cord, after all, and was much less larval - perhaps one of the reasons the engineers worshiped it)?
Perhaps Shaw's fate is worse than we all could imagine, if the Deacon breached the Cryo facility? Perhaps we now can guess as to where the eggs actually do come from (remember, her reproductive system has been altered as well).
Ridley seems to be hinting at some of the finer points in the series (sort of paying homage to them with certain screen shots we've seen). I remember Sigourney saying she wanted Ripley to willingly get erotic with one of the xenos (which actually happened in Resurrection)... it's a disturbing thought, but it might make a lot of sense here. How much Xeno is in Shaw after the journey to Paradise? A literal Oedipus/Bride of Frankenstein/Eve and the serpent, forbidden fruit/temptation image to play with here? Our first Queen, Elizabeth? It could get weird with this one, folks. It's a dark road...
