I actually thought Ahsoka vs Vader was pretty lackluster--especially for how they hyped it.

Maul's battle was better.

The emotion...the unmasking of Vader...for a time it was my all-time favourite lightsaber duel, although my current fav is Luke vs Vader ESB

I didn't watch the episode where Ahsoka battled Vader.But my favourite lightsaber battle is Luke vs Vader.
