Ambition (Short Sci-fi Movie)

"On a remote planet a Master watches his Apprentice carryout tests with nanotechnology as she tries to prove herself worthy of advancement."

Ambition is a collaboration between Platige Image and ESA. Directed by Tomek Baginski and starring Aidan Gillen and Aisling Franciosi. The live action short film tells the story of one of the most important space exploration endeavours of this decade. Ambition was filmed on location in Iceland, and screened on 24 October 2014 during the British Film Institute's celebration of Sci-Fi, at the Southbank, London.
