MemberCompsognathusNov-01-2013 11:57 AMWelcome to the DeltaDights SemiFinals! I hope you are all having a good day, and its Halloween, so happy Halloween well, maybe not for all you guys,,but it is at least for me, hahaha! Give me all the candy! Now with that over, we can get to meeting our competitors. Also, Ceratosaurus has a chance at this after his unexpected win against Dandakosaurus.
Sinotyrannus

Length: 33 feet
Height: 9 Hips, 10 Head
Weight: 3.4 tons
Weapons: 4 inch teeth with a 1.5 ton bite force, 3.5 inch hand claws, brain
Prey: Sauropods, Ankylosaurs, Hadrosaurs, Ceratopcians
Aggression: Medium-High
Intelligence: Medium
Speed: 25-28 mph
Defeated: Yutyrannus, Albertosaurus
Habitat: Mountain, Forest
Behavior: Sinotyrannus is a fairly solitary hunter, and it prefers warm forest over cold mountains. It does have some fuzz, but is mostly brown scales, perfect for forest life. It is fairly aggressive, and will attack most things. It they have been observed killing a small Titanosaurus and other small sauropods. They will not attack small scavengers for some reason, and it seems that they like the presence of small dinosaurs like Microraptor, Sinornithosaurus, and Rahonavis, but the reason remains a mystery.
Ceratosaurus

Length: 23 feet
Height: 9 Hips, 10 Head
Weight: 2 tons
Weapons: 6 inch teeth backed by a 1200 lb bit force, 2 inch hand claws, 3 inch nose horn
Prey: Sauropods, Stegosaurs, Hadrosaurs, Hypsilophodonts, smaller Ceratopcians/Protoceratopcians
Aggression: Low
Intelligence: Low
Speed: 30 Mph
Defeated: Eusteptospondylus, Dandakosaurus
Habitat: Forest, Mountains, Desert, River
Behavior: Ceratosaurus, like most other Ceratosaurs, is a diverse hunter, and will take on almost anything. They prefer ambush attacks, but will chase down their prey if necessary. Like its older and larger cousin Dandakosaurus, Ceratosaurus uses its nose horn as a deadly weapon. The horn rarely breaks, and even if it does, it will grow back. They aren't very smart at all, but they don't seem to aggressive.
The chosen terrain is a lush, dense forest.
Fight!!!
The Ceratosaurus has many scars, and is still in pain from his battle with the Dandakosaurus, but he has healed. He is walking through the forest, nothing really interesting is happening, until he catches the scent of something. Its big, but it doesn't scare him. He has faces down Allosaurs and even a few Giganotosaurus while he was still healing. He had killed a Metriacanthosaurus, and got into a fight with a Megaraptor who strangely had the help of a Siamotyrannus. He lost that one, but he recovered. Then the smell becomes a sound. A loud roar. This scares the Ceratosaurus. He doesn't know why, but it sounds like death, and that means he has to kill it. The Ceratosaurus runs at the sound, and literally runs into the Sinotyrannus. The large Tyrannosaur is pushed back and stumbles, but stays on his feet. The battle in on almost instantly. The Sinotyrannus grabs the Ceratosaurus by arm and shakes his head around. The Ceratosaurus roars in pain, but he bites the Sinotyrannus's neck. The Sinotyrannus legs go and gives a violent shudder, dislodging the Ceratosaurus. He does however, still have some teeth stuck in his neck that are lightly imbedded in the bone. The Sinotyrannus roars and lowers his head. He pushes off from the ground and slams headfirst into the Ceratosaurus, sending the lighter dinosaur across the battle field. The Ceratosaurus quickly gets up, but not fast enough. The Sinotyrannus is already upon him and grabs him above the shoulders. The Ceratossurus roars in pain as he is shaken forwards and backwards by the Sinotyrannus. The Simotyrannus finally lets go of the Ceratosaurus, who's vertebra have been shaken around and damaged. The Ceratosaurus roars and swings his body, hitting the Sinotyrannus in the chest and making it stumble backwards. Then he runs around it and bites the Tyrannosaur on the side, making a very deep gash. The Sinotyrannus roars in pain and try's to turn, but the Ceratosaur turns with him, making his efforts in vain. The Ceratosaurus slashes his hand claws across the Sinotyrannus's side, causing more bleeding and more wounds. The Sinotyrannus thrashes around, but the Ceratosaurus matches them without letting go. If anything, his teeth are going in deeper and deeper into the side of the Sinotyrannus. The Sinotyrannus roars once again and does something unexpected. He falls. It is a controlled fall, more like a squat, but it hits the Ceratosaurus off guard, and he lets go. There is however, a big ugly wound on the side of the Sinotyrannus that is bleeding heavily. The Ceratosaurus attacks again and headbutts the Sinotyrannus while he is standing up, driving his nose horn into the Tyrannosaur's leg and cutting a long gash. The Sinotyrannus roars, but the impact knocked him over. The Ceratosaurus quickly takes the opportunity of the fallen Sinotyrannus to go bite down on his underbelly, long teeth going deep into the unprotected flesh. The Sinotyrannus roars and kicks out while trying to claw at the Ceratosaurus. His long hand claws cut into the Ceratosaur's snout, but the determined predator doesn't let go. Then, the Sinotyrannus kicks him hard enough to literally send the Ceratosaurus flying 20 feet away. This was not at cost. It cracked the leg of the Sinotyrannus, and it took a lot of energy. He has already lost a ton of blood from his stomach wound, and the Ceratosaurus was dangerously close to giving him a mortal injury. The Ceratosaurus, however, was the once who got it. His internals where very shaken when he hit the ground. He also sustained major bone breakage, and worst of all, his spinal cord has been severely damages. Not cut, and strangely enough, the type 2 mechanic receptors (pain sensors for all who are wondering) aren't functioning right, so he is getting shots of extreme pain and then nothing at all. He does have trouble feeling his legs, but he does get up. Slowly and with extreme bursts of pain. The Sinotyrannus is exhausted from the pain and bloodloss, but he is in better shape than the Ceratosaurus, and he slowly walks over to it. The Ceratosaur is practically helpless as the Sinotyrannus puts his jaws around his neck. Then the Tyrannosaur bites down, and even half the amount of pressure exerted would have been enough to kill the Ceratosaurus. With his opponent dead, the Sinotyrannus falls and passes out.
Winner..... Sinotyrannus!!!!

Sinotyrannus was overall bigger and stronger. The Ceratossurus had a good fight, but in the end, the Tyrannosaur wins.

Dynamosaurus Imperiosus/ Raptorexxx 700
MemberCompsognathusNov-02-2013 9:22 AMsinotyrannus is a very underestimated dinosaur i mean it is a 10 m long killing machine with the jaws of a tyrannosaur and the arms of an allosaur and is easily one of my favorite dinosaur+ it also reminds of the slashers from terra nova hhh :)
