This is the first DeltaFights Bonus Fight (bonus fights are my original idea that I made myself and nobody else has it. What, DinoFights is here, um, uh, well, oh, look at the time, I got to go). I hope the title made you guess a bit, but guess no more for we are about to meet our competitors. *Just a little note, this is for Dinosaur Day I hope. Also, the dinosaurs are around in our own time period living on present day earth, just to clear up what time and place they are fighting.* Oxalaia Length: 50 feet Height: 19 Hips, 24 Sail Weight: Unknown, they have never stepped on a scale, but from studies, they can guess a weight of up to 8 tons, but that isn't normally accepted amoung scientist. Weapons: 1 foot hand claws with 6 foot arms behind them, 6 inch teeth with a 3 ton bite force Prey: Huge Crocodiles, Sharks, Sea Reptiles as big as Shonisaurus, Fish (has been observed killing a Leedsycthus), Titanosaurs, Relatives of Diplodicus Aggression: Easily agitated, and will attack anything and everything that moves Intelligence: Low Speed: Stiff and not very agile, but could run about 25 mph, even is water up to knee Competition: Spinosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Mapusaurus, Sarcosuchus, Kronosaurus Behavior: Oxalaia is one of the rarest and most dangerous of all the Spinosaurs. Its bite is focused mainly on gripping things, but that isn't the deadly part. The part to be worried about is that it has a tendency to snap necks and even on rare occasions rip a dinosaur's head off. They use their claws as very dangerous weapons, but it seems the help the most to hold a struggling dinosaur steady while the jaws twist and turn the poor prey's neck until it breaks. Their diet is very variable, and that's because the hunt in both oceans and rivers, as well as on land. Oxalaia has been observed, but whenever it has tried to be sedated, it had attack the researchers, and many people have gone into the jungle never to return. Most of these we thought were caused by Unenlagia however. They are a brownish green most of their body, with the exception of the sail, which is crimson, with three dots of green on it. Tarbosaurus Length: 40 feet Height: 17 Hips, 18 Head Weight: 7 tons at least Weapons: 10 inch teeth (including roots, 7 inches show) with a 5 ton bite force Prey: Just about every land based herbivore, smaller carnivores Aggression: Fairly High Intelligence: Medium High Speed: Up to 30 mph Competition: Tyrannosaurus, Torvosaurus, Saurophaganax, Allosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Tyrannotitan, almost every other carnivore Behavior: Tarbosaurus's anatomy is very confusing. Its skull isn't any thicker than that of Daspletosaurus, but it has a bite 2 tons stronger. It seems that either Tarbosaurus has sheer brute strength behind its bite, or it is so complex the scientists haven't figured it out yet. It is one of the most successful large predators, with the young ones eating Ornithomimids and Hypsilophodonts while the bigger ones ate just about everything else. Ranging from sauropods to Ankylosaurs, and it even has been seen going into the territory of an Allosaurus and killing it. The way it did seemed like it just wanted food, which puzzled scientists greatly. Tarbosaurus is a sandy color with just abut of red, and its skull is a slight greenish brown. They also live in very small packs, kids, parents, and a sibling. They normally lay two eggs, and by keeping a close family, most of the time they survive. Terrain: The fight will be in a light forest, and a storm is coming. It is already overcast. Fight!!!! A female Oxalaia walks through the woods. She had just killed an extra fat Lurdusaurus, and has already eaten. She is happy, but also knows that a big storm is coming. She is about to lay down when she smells a familiar smell. She knows that a Tarbosaurus is nearby, but it is not just any Tarbosaurus. They had fought in the past, and both had gone away with angry feeling and an unfinished battle. The Oxalaia gets up very quickly and roars, telling the Tarbosaurus that she is here and she is going to fight. An angry roar quickly sounds though the forest. The Oxalaia faces where the roar came from. The Tarbosaurus quickly makes himself seen. He once again roars and runs at the Oxalaia. The Spinosaur swings her arm and cuts a deep gouge in its snout. The Tarbosaurus roars and tries to bite the Oxalaia again. The Oxalaia quickly backs up to avoid the massive jaws of the Tarbosaurus. The large tyrannosaur lowers his head and charges. His skull collides with the side of the Oxalaia and a couple ribs break. The Oxalaia swings her tail and the Tarbosaurus stumbles. The Oxilaia charges the Tarbosaurus and slashes his side. Her long claws cut deep into the shoulder blade. The Tarbosaurus roars in pain and turns very quickly, slamming his upper body into the chest of the Oxalaia. The Spinosaur stumbles backwards and the Tarbosaurus follows up with a headbutt, completely knocking her over. The Tarbosaurus lunges at the fallen Oxalaia, but the Spinosaur kicks the Tarbosaurus on the chest. The Oxalaia's claws cut into the chest of the Tarbosaurus, and the Tyrannosaur stumbles back. The Tarbosaurus attacks the Oxalaia again, and the Spinosaur once again kicks out again, this time, hitting the Tarbosaurus in the snout. The Tarbosaurus roars and backs up, the front of his skull heavily cracked. He backs up while while the Oxalaia gets to her feet. Then the Tarbosaurus attacks. He runs at the Oxalaia and bites down on its arm. The Spinosaur roars in pain and thrashes around. The Tarbosaurus holds on as best he can, but even still, he is thrown off. The Oxalaia's arm has been torn up already, and is almost useless. The Oxalaia runs at the Tarbosaurus and bites down on his side, digging deep into the flesh. Then, the Oxalaia pulls back and rips off a huge chunk of meat. The Tarbosaurus roars in pain and bites at the Oxalaia. His jaws clamp his jaws around the Spinosaur's sail, his teeth quickly shred the skin and bite into the bone. The Tarbosaurus then jerks his head around, and finally rips a huge chunk of meat and bone off. The Oxalaia roars in excruciating pain and swings her body at the Tarbosaurus. The Tyrannosaur stumbles backwards the Oxalaia lunges while the Tarbosaurus is week. Her jaws clamp on the Tarbosaurus's neck. The Tarbosaurus struggles and thrashes about, but her conical teeth and strong bite keep the Tarbosaurus under control. The Oxalaia hacks away at the Tarbosaurus with her long hand claws, leaving many deep gashes, and the Tyrannosaur is fairly helpless seeing that his neck is being bitten and held in place. The Tarbosaurus finally gives a defiant roar and turns his body very quickly. The Oxalaia doesn't let go until she is slammed into a tree. She roars, temporarily letting go of the Tarbosaurus, and the Tyrannosaur away from the Oxalaia before stopping and turning around about 30 meters away. The Oxalaia roars in rage and runs at the Tarbosaurus. The huge Tyrannosaur waits, and then runs at the Oxalaia himself. The Collide, and this time, the Tarbosaurus is able to push the Spinosaur backwards. The Oxalaia roars, but she loses her footing and stumbles back. The Tarbosaurus once again bites down on her sail and tears a huge chunk out of it. The Oxalaia roars in pain and snaps at theTarbosaurus, managing to catch his snout. The Tarbosaurus shakes his head, managing to dislodge the Oxalaia. Then, the lowers his head and charges. The Oxalaia doesn't have time to reach before the Tarbosaurus slams into the her chest, knocking her backwards and down. The Tarbosaurus then bites down on her side. The Oxalaia roars in pain and kicks at the Tarbosaurus. The Tyrannosaur restrains from roaring and pulls off a price of meat over 200 pounds. The Oxalaia roars and kicks the Tarbosaurus again. The Tyrannosaur wisely backs up as the Oxalaia stands up. She is bleeding very heavily, has no unbroken ribs, and her left Femur along with right Tibia is cracked. The Tarbosaurus isn't any better. He too has sustained many broken ribs, and most of the front of his snout is crushed, and while it still works, it causes extreme pain. Also, he has lost a ton of blood and is losing it a a very rapid rate. Both of them are exhausted, and both of them want to kill eachother. It had started to rain some time ago in the fight, but not is is pouring. The Oxalaia lunges for the Tarbosaurus, swinging her arms like a madman. At the same time, the Tarbosaurus charges, and starts to duck. The Oxalaia raises her head, about to bite down on the Tarbosaurus, when the tyrannosaur snaps at the Spinosaur's neck and gets it in his powerful jaws. The front of his skull screams with pain and hinders him, but he is still able to bite down with 4.5 tons of force, enough pressure to slowly suffocate the Oxalaia. The Spinosaur roars in pain, which was a bad idea, and slashes at the Tarbosaurus. The Tyrannosaur holds firm, and after a few minutes of struggling, the Oxalaia finally goes limp, dead from suffocation. The Tarbosaurus lets the Oxalaia fall, and in the pouring rain, legs out a mighty roar, at that same time, lightning hit and thunder shook the forest, amplified by the roar of the triumphant Tyrannosaur. Winner..... Tarbosaurus!!! Tarbosaurus got lucky. The thing that made Tarbosaurus win was his immense bite, even though he was outsized. Note: This was supposed to be on Dinosaur Day, but I didn't finish it, and I couldn't get on my iPad yesterday, so it is on today. I've decided that kept will replace the normal tournament for the day, but I will get back the schedule tomorrow. I also want to say that MrHappy gave me the idea to do this as a bonus fight. And now I'm DeltaDromeus, signing out.

Good fight. As per usual, I was rooting for the Tyrannosaur. Thanks for the mention. That last picture is a Rex/Spino one, but Ox and Tarbo is are pretty close to Rex and Spino, so I'll call it Tarbo and Ox.

Both were Rex and Spino, but close enough :) I was rooting for Tarbosaurus. While I think your Ox size is a little high(40 ft and 5 tons for me), your Tarbo was pretty close to my estimate. Good fight overall :)

The Tarbo size is reasonable, and the Ox size is about equal to my Spino size opinion

I used what I thought was right, also the max estimates for each of them. Also, I know that the pics are rex vs Spino, but I couldn't get the Tarbo vs Oxalaia, and besides, their close enough. Its Tarbo vs Oxalaia, pretend.
