This process has been used before but I think there trying to eliminate some of the editing work involved. Scenes that involve CG work could be filmed in real time all at once.
The graphics aren't too shabby and the movements are pretty smooth. Kinda scary to think what this could lead to.
I've already got a Kinect for my XBox 360(I'm pretty happy with it too)but this development could make games like this almost limitless in the not too distant future...where people like Woody Allen get chased by giant chickens ;)
