MemberNoobDec-01-2012 12:59 PMIt is a prefabricated building, those parts are previously prefabricated in a factory and therefore aren't really just 90 days which leads to "build" this sciencie fictions skyscraper, the architectural style seems caught from the brush Sci-Fi artist Hugh Ferriss and Blade Runner. But what the company intends to raise it within that period assembling prefabricated parts which will be taking to the plot of the building.
To get an idea of like it could be the construction process, in the following video of can be seen as the same company mounted a building of 30 plants den only 15 days:
With 838 meters, became the highest building in the world, surpassing even the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which currently holds the record for height with 10 meters less.
Its 220 plants would result in a built area of around 1 million square metres, which would mostly residential spaces but also uses hotel, educational, health, offices, shops and restaurants (according to the dossier of the own construction company).
The building is pending to be approved by the local authorities and it is possible that is announced during the month of August. If the construction would commence in the month of November 2012 and ending in January 2013.

MemberNoobDec-02-2012 5:08 PMThis building caught my attention wit the similarities with the drawings of the old Hugh Ferriss, the Empire State took 15 months to be built! Incredible.

MemberNoobDec-03-2012 1:04 AMI love the buildings in Blade Runner. Very gothic.... Dark but breath-taking. The shots of the skyline were like-wise breath-taking. Tyrell's pyramid amazing.
The design of the Empire State building, would that be considered gothic Montesco? When designing that building, what statement were the designers trying to convey?

MemberNoobDec-03-2012 7:29 AMI love that magic BLADE RUNNER skyline, like you, Albert. The Empire Building was an Art Deco (geometric design) stile skyscraper, seems like the Chrysler building, and Sky City One as well. The designs of Hugh Ferris if you check out were in gothic and art deco, I always liked this construction conception of the old New York, something that sadly was lost. You can see that in SKY CAPTAIN movie, Gotham City from BATMAN and BLADE RUNNER.

MemberNoobDec-07-2012 8:58 PMHi, Albert, I like H. Ferriss, Jack Faragasso and Norman Saunders, in this order, Ferriss was a guy with a amazing view of the future, essentially combines Art Deco with Gothic, unfortunetly is a little known by the current generation of artist. He was like the american Albert Speer, although I must admit that Speer was a great counterpart European and competitor in that time.
