Pacific Rim looks like it's going to be a blast. I'm definitely signing up for a SuperTicket so I can watch it at the theatres and at home. It's been raining here since the morning n now I'm getting ready to get out n brave the rain n 1 hour train n then bus ride to reach the theatre... Hope the film is a blast... Well you go into the theater and sit wherever you can find an open seat, first come, first serve. It would be nice to sit right in the middle towards the back since it's the Imax. I am recollecting the massive lines for the Star Wars films, the lines went around the block at our local theater in SF. This was long before multipex theaters. Yes, I'm that old! :) Anyway, cheers! Wow lines around the block,haven't seen that happening in India since a long time tho I remember seeing them when I was a kid... Anyway as for the screening of Pacific Rim I got to choose my seat in the theatre while booking the ticket we somehow have that luxury here and I got the perfect seat right in the middle giant screen. Then the movie started n it was the most awesome experience I've had in a IMAX film... Yes yes it was perfect and everything n more that I was expecting. So much so that when I came out after the screening it was night n it was raining just like the many battles in the movie and I could see the sea line on my way back home n I must say It felt like a Kaiju head will appear from the sea anytime now. All in all I'll remember this for a long time...Cheers
