MemberNoobMay-07-2013 2:57 PMDuring the Wondercon panel Guillermo revealed that there would be 9 Jaegers and 12 Kaiju featured in the movie in one form or another. They have only showed 5 Jaegers and a few Kaiju. But no matter how hard I try and find new Jaegers in the trailers I end up seeing the same 5. Plus I've only seen about 3 Kaiju during trailers and I think a fourth revealed by screen shots of the game. Have we really not seen even half of both the Jaegers and Kaiju from the film, with them purposely concealing them during the trailers. Or do you think he was exaggerating ? I for one would love to see a Jaeger from Mexico, it is a very important country from the pacific, as well as both mine and Guillermo's country of origin. A movie about the Pacific from a Mexican director would feel incomplete to me without a Mexican Jaeger. But what other 4 countries would you love to see have a Jaeger of their own? And have you been wondering about this as I have?

MemberNoobMay-07-2013 3:51 PMYour guess would be as good as yours, mine, or anyone elses at this point. There are probably so many things that are being kept under wraps. GDT will have plenty of good things in store for us, he's not going to show everything. I think we're going to be in for a really nice treat, come 7/12!

MemberNoobMay-07-2013 3:59 PMAnd in a way it's the best part, I feel like we have seen so much when in reality we have seen so little. I know for a fact they have not shown any footage from a battle GDT calls "the battle for Hong Kong" which some people who have seen a screening have said its almost 30 minutes of the greatest sci fi action in movie history.

But I do not know if one of them is the German one,but either way that would make 10. Unless they don't have the South American ones appear in the movie and only mention them.

MemberNoobMay-11-2013 9:36 AMOn the left hand 'Zeppelin' shoulder mount of the Jaeger there appears to be a Clover Leaf ....... Could Ireland/Northern Ireland be getting one ?, it would make logical sense as it is kind of the first port of call following America, even though it's not in the Pacific Rim.

MemberNoobMay-12-2013 1:35 AMI think that some of the other country's that could not afford to build Jeagers would have other involvements in the PPDC. Like working on the Shatterdome or other experimental weapons. And could it also be that some country's have more then one Jeager? Gerryg08 posted a pitcher of ROMEO BLUE witch is another American Jeager. So could we maybe see a another Japanese Jeager get destroyed early in the movie. Witch would be why they would have to bring COYOTE TANGO. Witch i think is one of the early Jeagers. So is it possible that we could see a more advanced American and Japanese Jeager at the begging of the movie and then get destroyed witch is why they have to use older Jeagers. Who knows we will just have to wait for July 12.

MemberNoobMay-12-2013 2:46 PMJaconbits I think I'm just excited for anything Pacific Rim related,prequel,art book,18 inch gipsy danger figure,video game,and the movie itself. The Killer Yak,I agree Britain would be great to see even if not in Pacific,but hey maybe in the sequel. Would be awesome if the threat spread even further throughout the world in the sequel and required other countries not in Pacific to build Jaegers,one could only hope huh.

MemberNoobMay-13-2013 12:02 AMHell yeah,even though topping this movie seems impossible but I'm sure GDT can do it. We just need to make sure we spread the word and help it become a financial success in order for our sequel to definitely happen. But in sequel I would love to see a large battalion of Jaegers take the fight to the Kaijus home world ...no harm in dreaming.

MemberNoobMay-13-2013 12:31 AMIn the sequel I would like to see a bio mechanical Jeager. One that is maybe built around the kaiju like Kiryu. And i would love to seem them go to the kaiju home world. The only thing is they would need a **** ton of Jeagers.

MemberNoobMay-13-2013 12:47 AMYeah I would love to see a giant battle between Kaijus and Jaegers. Two armies clashing..that would be mind blowing, or maybe the Kaijus can have an enormous leader,fending off a ton of Jaegers. So many ideas.. either way I'm loving this franchise already.
