Prometheus and Blade Runner

After I had watched Prometheus at the cinema for the third time I was amazed at the complexities of the plot. There are many themes: religion, science, mythology and philosophy. Then I thought about Blade Runner and similarities to Prometheus. The quest to meet ones' creator. The desire to have more life, even immortality. The android/replicant comparison. It seems that Ridley Scott likes to explore humanity: our desires, our weaknesses, our beliefs and ethics. What journey is he going to take us on in Blade Runner 2?
