Star Wars is gonna be turning 40 next year, so expect there to be some pretty huge celebrations.
One of the ways that we've already learned that the biggest franchise of all time will celebrate its big four zero is in the form of some awesome variant comic covers. That's right, as revelaved on the official Star Wars website, Marvel's Star Wars comics will be released next year with covers bearing illustrations depicting famous scenes from A New Hope.
Artists contributing to this amazing endeavour include Kevin Wada, Juan Gimenez, Stuart Immonen, Ryan Stegman, Michael Walsh, Mike Mayhew, and David Lopez. you can gaze at some of their beautiful handiwork below.
